"Artist" means Mudita Aeron.
"Consumer" or "Retail Buyer" means any individual acting for purposes completely outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, who purchases an item via the Website.
"Content" means any and all text, prose, literature, collection notes, essays, imagery, graphics, digital photographs, audio, video files, cinematography, short films, software, page layouts, underlying code, and any other form of information or creative media capable of being stored on a computer or digital device that appears on or forms part of this Website.
"Contract" means the legally binding agreement formed between us and the User for the sale and purchase of Artworks in accordance with these Terms.
"Artwork" or "Print" means the physical limited edition fine art photography prints, frames, or accompanying certificates of authenticity made available for purchase on the Website.
"User" or "You" means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Mudita Aeron and acting in the course of their employment, or (ii) engaged as a professional consultant or otherwise providing operational services to the studio and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of those services.
